Thanks for the reply, and sorry for posting five times previously, BHW was glitching on me and I didn't think my messages were getting posted.

And sorry if this is a silly question, but what happens to the IP addresses afterwards? I'm just worried because I will be putting hours of work every day into the accounts I make and I need them to last years... So if someone gets the IP addresses afterwards and starts spamming them they could get my accounts deleted and I'd lose all that work. Can anybody share some advice or experience in regards to this?

If you discontinue your proxy service with us, then it will be put into our rotating proxy pool, so yes they may get abused when this happens... the only way to prevent this is to just keep your subscription with us active

What's the difference between the 3 types of proxies you're selling? Semi-dedicated, dedicated private, and rotating private? Can you explain examples of when it'd be applicable to use each one?

Sure thing:

Dedicated - best for social media accounts and serious SEO users
Semi-dedicated - the "cheap" alternative if you're on a budget. Up to 3 users use a single IP address, so it risks being banned by the other 2 users
Rotating - good if you need access to thousands of different USA IPs.

Responded -- you had your proxies in your account, you just forgot to put a location so the proxies could be automatically delivered

You want to create 3-5 a day, or just create 3-5 accounts total? If you are only creating 3-5 accounts total, then the 5 Dedicated proxy plan would be just fine as long as you continue to use the same IPs month after month

3-5 total for now to learn the ropes before I start scaling-up.

It's up to your decision which locations you choose that determine instant delivery. We unfortunately cannot sit on a stockpile of 1000s of proxies not being used by anyone and expect to make a profit, so we order them in small batches

Popping back in here just to say i've used BlazingSEO for just over 6 months now and it has always been great, in the whole of the 6 months I don't think I can remember noticing any down time at all. Hope some day you might be able to add even more locations

Neil's proxies are really superb. Been subscribed for a month now, I've tried several others before stumbling upon his proxies.
I'm using proxies for Instagram accounts and web browsing, 3 accounts/proxy everything working fine, 0 problems.
The automatic proxy replacement service is awesome as well! takes 1 minute to replace a proxy
well to make short, I would recommend his services.
NOTE: the term "instagram proxies" is just a marketing term from my experience, just get private proxies and you'll be fine.
