Have not heard a single thing from the seller and I purchased over 2 weeks ago, going to dispute the transaction soon.
 
I'm from Bangladesh, I applied for an adsense account last month but haven't been approved yet.
Can I use the same name and address with same phone number for your service?
And will your adsense account be Pin Verified?
 
How come there are two price for Philippines one is 80$ the other is 70$ what is the difference?

It has been 12 days since my order, and the person has not got back to email. I sent a PM, skype + email.
Opened a dispute in Paypal.
He seems very reputable, so idk what's going on, maybe he has been MIA for sometime.
 
"If we failed to deliver the Google adsense account in time, 100% refund !"

It's almost a week over latest TAT date, and seller has not responded to any of my messages, and simply is not responding the paypal dispute.

You have any proof of your transcantion? So that we that is about to buy adsense account from this thread will be more wary about this transcation. Good luck with your deal and I hope he gives you your adsense account.
 
if you have good traffic then google always welcome you to their program but only if the site meets his policies. So my recommendation is to work hard on your website and do blogging of your original content...
