I would like to see some samples
Are the sites built on wordpress?
I assume you add the same videos on all the sites (10k don't have to be different) but I thought google didn't like duplicate content...
You mention that more videos can manually be added by us, where from? Is there an admin panel to do such thing? Will those videos we add be SEO optimized as well? The more videos we add, the better?

No, that is incorrect. All 10k videos on each site are different and the same videos are not posted on other sites. So if you buy 25 sites you will get 250k different videos. We do use wordpress as the base and you get the wp-admin access. Each video has its own page and custom meta tags and are seo optimized. You can add more videos if you wish from the control panel.
