The article is decent, BUT his REAL rate is $3.8 per 100 words that make him almost the most expensive writer on BHW. For $2.59/100w is would have been good article but for $3.8/100w it is just decent.

The opening post advertises $2.59/100 words, and this price increase was not authorized by Staff. That's a violation of our Marketplace rules.
