Just difference in Number of signals and platforms that are their.
For combo : Facebook likes & shares, G+, Tweets and Pins

Accurate Thread is always OP, as services are running since 2013 we need to update the service as per recent changes in social media platforms. and as per BHW rule we are not able to edit intermediate posts.
We have added tweet service back in our packages, since November 2015 twitter removed the counter from their buttons so no one able to prove the tweets given in terms of count increase, so we have removed that service from ours packages, but lots of clients demanding to add twitter signals as well, no worry about giving the proof for it,
So finally we are added it back. So yes their is tweets now.
