Hi @Diablo9975 can you confirm what the TAT is for this service? I ordered mega starter pack on June 6th and currently the project is still showing as "working" but there is no reply when I ask for a time frame for delivery. Thanks.

I was away for last two weeks, i gone after updating the profile message, of 2 days till 22nd June, but unfortunately holiday ( other work extended ) so it take me to come back, no i am back, and not going on single holiday for at least next 3 months,
even i am on holiday, work was progress for all the orders and almost all are done or about to done by our staff, just report is not sent by staffs as i verify before sending. so now in next 24 hours i am sending all clients reports.
