Permanently Closed Marketplace Sales Thread

SCAM.
I want to avoid all users to use this service. No links, no posts made. More than month gone. TS still didn't sent a report and tells in PM that he checked that work done, but can't get a report(!), which must to give as he wrote in sales page. After that he disappear and don't answer in PM 8 days till today and total about 1,5 month.
I checked again and see that any new links done.

p.s. Now I write to forum admins to resolve this situation and also asking for refund from PayPal.
