Just started a campaign few days ago. One of my kws were already at 50 ish which were from another service, so I can't say much about it, for now.
But there are some much harder kws in there which most likely won't move just yet, so I'm anticipating for bluemist to move it upwards.

only a week since my campaign started but already seeing some movement:
kw1 pos. 23 +4
kw2 pos. 12 +4
kw3 pos. 17 +24
really not bad given that we have still many weeks to go for the month. Hopefully much more will happen!

You can target them wherever you'd like.. however, most of our clients target them directly to their homepage. With this service, we charge based on URL's so if you provide more than 1 URL (even if its on the same domain), you'll be charged a higher price. It's just the way we've set up this service.
