Yes it should do. It depends on what links your trying to hide within your site and if they are managed by the content locker. The content locker shouldn't interfere with the Link Ninja plugin hiding the external links on your site.

Hi, yeah we changed the plugin, revised it and updated it to do work better as well as revising the pricing structure. The reason we closed the old thread is that a license key purchased from that thread won't work correctly. This thread is the only thread to buy the plugin from.

Hi, the cache plugin shouldn't conflict with this plugin but it would always be best to clear the cache from the cache plugin after you have installed the Link Ninja plugin.

As for a best practice guide, it is a very good question but due to the plugin being so straightforward to use in what it does there aren't really any guidelines on using this that aren't already given in any basic SEO 101 guide. The idea is to hide your sites external links that could give cause for Google to penalize your site in some way.

Hide the affiliate links, the links that Google would frown upon while allowing the links to good sites (authority sites) to remain seen.

That would be the best way to use the plugin.
