I have a question about the keywords and the urls. You say that we provide 1 url for the main page of the website and 2 inner pages. What if the real keywords that we want to rank on our site are on the inner pages as for most sites? And does this mean for example you will point about 3 backlinks per web2.0 to our site?

Inner page is the part of your website if the keyword density is leveled between main domain, inner page, and on-page then I suggest you to optimize your main domain also the inner page having your keyword. Othewise if the keyword is only in inner URL then you must optimize that page.
Now in web 2.0 we use only 1 link to money site or inner page, we treat URLs under following ratio:
Main Domain = 60% to 70%
Inner Pages = 30% to 40%
