I normally don't post reviews on services unless It was extremely good or extremely bad. In this case I would give this service 1.5/5 . There is a lack of communication with the OP not replying for several days at a time. My PBNs that I were given were indexed at first then deindexed with 4 days.

He replaced it but it was about 1-2 weeks later. Now the replacement is having hosting issue which i contacted him about and he replied 4 days later as usual and 1 week after its still not fixed.

For the price that I am paying for this service It is really shitty.

Overall This Service Is not recommended.

I do not know how you check it, but please try using the following command in Google site:domain.com and you will see that 100% of your PBN are indexed right now. Screenshots have been made a few minutes ago and were send to your email. If a BHW moderator would like to check that, I will be glad to show him the screenshots with your permission.

We offer a 100% indexation guaantee and thus all PBN that would not get indexed for some reason will be replaced.

There indeed was a hosting issue with one domain, however it was caused by a service provider. We tried contacting them twice and they promised to resolve it asap but they did not do anything. I am very sorry for this situation but please understand that we are not a hosting company and cannot influence them in any way. The only thing that we can do right now is stop working with the company and although it is not our fault, we will refund the price of the website that is having problems with hosting.

I could not answer you this week because I have a wedding anniversary with my wife and I am on Sri Lanka right now (BHW moderator can check my IP and prove that, I give my permission). The announcement has been officially made on http://pbn.rocks.

I actually indicated that you fixed the problem with the website indexing a week later. With that being said the domain is now having hosting issues. But it doesn't matter to me at this point in time.

My main problem isn't with the domains not being indexed (which eventually they did get indexed) as pointed out in your statement but more about the quality of the service you are delivering.

Anyways, I have said my piece. Please provide the partial refund that you had mentioned via email.
