I ordered the big pack for an extremely competitive keyword (actually two words) and it definitely made a big movement from page 7 to page 2 and nearly on page 1 now. As I gave them 10 keywords, which are all very competitive, they've made some major jumps which surprised me. We also publish about 20-25 new articles daily, but this definitely helped push things along very well.
