Could you give me an update on the status of my order? I've ordered two large packages on march the 28th. After inquiring about the reports a week ago you let me know that the delivery has been delayed due to bulk orders. My question when I could expect the reports has unfortunaly been unanswered for a week now. Your service looks great, but so far I'm not loving the service and delivery yet as you can hopefully understand.

Yes, I understand that the delay can be frustrating but we don't compromise with the quality just to deliver the reports early. I assure you that you'll be more than satisfied with the quality of the work. All I ask is a little more patience. I did answer you on Skype. I haven't left anyone unanswered. I'm sure nobody would complain about bad customer support. I, once again, apologize for this short delay but as promised, quality will be top notch.
