Yes you can get backlinks from social bookmarking sites, you can also expect your SERP to increase.

How fast you can get to the first page of google depends on the competition,
Some clients managed to get to the first page only using package 125 and others need bigger packages.

I usually give more than submissions to 125 sites, usually more than 130 sites.

For the ********, safe to say that we have more than 110 ******** sites,
we can't give a certain number since social bookmark sites can change from ******** to nofollow in an instance,
but we're regularly updating our list to give the best result for the clients.

among that we also include high authority sites but nofollow like stumbleupon, sitejot, delicious, etc.

I have just had a look at the reports (package 125) sent on time by Andhika: good job.

I entered my keyword phrase (low competition) with quote and without, on Google... and you know what: my url ranked #1 and # 2 !!
It is a good surprise isn't it?
