Can someone please define social bookmarking and explain why this is a black hat method? It sounds interesting but I really do not understand what it does and what the dangers are to my site for it be classified black hat.

Because I made a post about the results from this service here another update.

I already said the last time that the site was at place 10 at google. Now 6 days are gone and in the last days the serps dropped a bit. They went down to 13th place. But today it jumped to place 5. So I think this particular site is evaluated in a 6-day-rhythm by google. And the dropping in between came from other sites that got a better value in googles eyes. And so my site fell a bit in serps.

The backlinks from this service where in yahoo site explorer till a peak at 96 backlinks. Which means 96backlinks came from this service. Now it is at 92. Maybe some links are lost. But its a high number I think.

So far Im pleased with this all and want to use this service again...

Fluctuation happens on google, no one can be sure why.

And for the backlinks on Yahoo it's better this way, slow and steady instead of bursting all backlinks and make them look spammy.
IMHO the success rate is still higher than most backlinking techniques.
