Generally people won't expect much traffic coming from social bookmark sites,
The main usage is to boost the SERP for your targeted keywords,

That's why I always emphasis on to do good keywords research and use those keywords as your titles or part of the titles.

The traffic would come naturally from search engines result eventually.

I can't guarantee traffic since the result can be different depending on the sites, titles used, and the competition.
