As for your question, please feel free to check on the reviews from previous customers,

You may only get benefit from social bookmark if you do good keywords research.

Find keywords with decent number of searches and low competition then use them as your titles or part of the titles.

Whether the site will be on the first page of google or not depends on the competition
and please note that social bookmark is just one of many techniques in SEO.
