Joe is easy to get a hold which is always a plus! I am mixed on the review here. I am being 100% honest with my results in rankings. I have been paying for 4 months now. Bing and Yahoo moved way up but Google has not been the case. I dont have any known penalty to my site and my links have been scrubbed to max sure spam is removed. Joe does provide good links and clean report. Perhaps I have a very competitive niche. Everything is whitehat that I can see on this service as well.
