So I came across Raconteur's service in a sort of unusual way as he originally came to me to have a design done. Now I don't normally use services from customers or write reviews for customers in order to stay unbiased. However, I really got to know this service very well over the process of having to do the design. I was able to get an inside look without being pitched to which is a rare occurrence here on the forums. I really liked what I saw and I happened to be in need of a new SEO service but hadn't found anything that matched quite right for my sites.
The sites that I was trying to rank were authority sites that had a fair amount of high quality work done on them in the past but had hit a plateau. I kept throwing money and work at them but nothing seemed to help and they just couldn't get past the hurdle. My top three keywords were sitting at position 27, 13, and 5 for very competitive keywords. I started to see some movement after a month but right around two months was where they started blasting through those barriers and boy did it feel good. It can be very overwhelming and defeating to get to a point that you're not satisfied with and to not be able to move anymore. My three keywords are now at 13, 5, and 2, and the increase in traffic and sales is phenomenal.
Besides results with the service the next most important thing to me is how respectful and polite the service owner is in dealing with their customers. I have had my fair share of jerks that I have dealt with and it is always unpleasant. Raconteur always made me feel important and responded to my emails right away as if I was his only customer. If you haven't already used his service you should definitely give it a try, you will not be sorry.
Overall I give his service an A+ and will definitely be back for more. Thanks a lot bro, you really saved my ass.
