My 2nd list also almost getting sold out soon!
I'm in the process of building a massive list (Third update) in the next arrival!
All domains are in high demand(especially higher TLD's) and getting sold out as soon list arrives!
However I have many high DA/PA/TF/CF domains of the extensions .io, .co.uk, .org.uk, .co.sg, .sg, .com.au & .fr which still not taken by members.
.com.au, .com.sg, .sg are for australian and singapore folks only.

monsterseo replied to my inquiry very quickly and sent me a list of domains with their corresponding metrics. I will say that you must act quickly otherwise the domain you want will be taken by someone else. I narrowed my choices down to seven and of those seven only three were available to me. I chose one paid and received my domain very quickly. The domain matched all of the metrics exactly as described by monsterseo and I had no problem registering the domain with namecheap (my provider of choice).

Here is where I will like to inform others of a possible drawback to this service. Without actually seeing the domain name you have no way of knowing if that domain is indexed in the search engine already or not. An indexed domain is very important if you're going to use your expired domain as a PBN. In my case the domain was not indexed in google and only one listing in bing. The other caveat is without seeing the domain name you have no way of knowing if that domain has been penalized or not. In my case I checked my domain (using the service at https://ismywebsitepenalized.com/) and I got a definitely penalized with google and a penalized with bing. Originally I had planned to redirect this domain to my money site (when I did I got an immediate boost in DA, domain authority), however after seeing the possibility of being penalized by the search engines I instead redirected this to a parasite page instead.

I'm not telling anyone what to do; I just thought I'd share some information that others thinking about using this service should be aware of.

This is the normal theory that all buyers should understand:
Expired domains which has been deleted over years ago cannot be visible in Google unless you register it and add some content. Google delete any dropped domains from their search results once the next cycle of update arrives.
And the only way you can find out whether the domain is indexed in Google or not is to do a Google query:
site:yoursite.com or site:www.yoursite.com


This website:
https://ismywebsitepenalized.com/

is just like any other website that you can find on web which is nothing but performing "site:yoursite.com" google search internally.
Which doesnt mean that its penalized. This is very important note for buyers and thanks for pointing it out :)

Also you cannot depend on third party site, if you want to know site is indexed in google, check in google directly!

Again, for expired domains which has been deleted years ago, have to build content so as to index it back.
My service is not just based on metrics(even though I ensure high metrics), but on power packed backlinks from high trusted websites on the web. Professionals know how a single backlink from sites like huffpost/forbes/nytimes can impact your site in many ways including removal of past penalty, SERP movements etc.

And to the Buyer: The domain that I sold to you is not penalized, you have to register & build content which comes under your responsibility.
