I do really have some serious issues with multiblogger latest time and need a solution.
1. It completelly stopped scraping images into the posts.
2. Titles are completelly useless , makes no sense and are non readable or in 20% of cases there are no titles at all.
What's the reason I face these problems?
I can add that I am using private proxies and captchas (2captcha) but it doesn't work even with DBC.

Well, first of all,
PLEASE DON'T USE PROXIES FOR SCRAPING!
I'm pretty sure, that's where most of your problems come from. You simply don't need private proxies as long as you are using a cpatcha service. Use proxies for posting only when you are publishing content to a number of similar WEB 2.0 paltforms.
Secondly. Your software is set to random title generation ("long" in the script settings) which is set as default option.
Let me explain how it works... It combines a couple of things together: original title + random sentence from the article body. If it finds a decent H2 heading in the article, it uses it as an addon sentence. Software tries to find the most relevant sentence to combine. For instance, I just run title module for a test, and got a very nice looking title right off the bat:
Forex Trading Rules: No Excuses, Ever (original title)
As traders we must take responsibility for our mistakes (addon sentence)
So the title looked like this:
As traders we must take responsibility for our mistakes - Forex Trading Rules: No Excuses, Ever
And it's a very decent title I must say, 90% of titles generated by this module are on the same level of quality. Yes, there might be some "hickups" at times but they don't look too horrible anyways.. I've created this title module in order for the generated title to stand out from the original. And while I must admit there is room for improvement, from my tests as well ad quite a few customers have been reporting, it works pretty well.
Probably you want to try to switch to the regular title format in the script settings. As for the "no title at all" issue, it has been fix in the recent updates, restart the software to get the latest version. Image issue has also been fixed by the way. Latest version is: MULTIBLOGGER LSI v1.633-4.
It could be because of affiliate ads. I have around 6 aff ads on the sidebar, footer etc. Will remove them and then see...maybe ranks improve. There are some things that are little unnatural like no outbound links in the articles, images not hosted (don't know how they are placed as I found none in the media gallery...probably hotlinked.) I had also removed around 500 articles while I was cleaning posts so have many 404s....will redirect all 404 to home.
In the latest version you can choose to upload images to your wordpress site, you can even set featured images now (in the script Settings - scroll down to the bottom). Yes, it's in kinda BETA state right now but I'll polish it up in the upcoming daily updates.

You should have around 200 visits/day, but it depends on your keywords, some long tails are hard ones, for example, where eHow.com and similar sites ranks.
