I signed up for adsense some time ago, got accepted in the account site but later got rejected when I put the "initial ad" -- I'm talking about the stage where you wait without any ad showing up for 24 hours or so.
The reason was because the site doesn't have much text and the content is javascript generated. (they didn't specify it of course, but this is the reason)

I am from Turkey and the site is in English.

Can I get a non-hosted account and use it in my website(and not get banned while using adsense, even though I was rejected once in stage two?)

Is this a feasible thing to do and is Turkey ok? -- please also answer if I should try getting an adsense account even if you can't sell to Turkey so I can stop trying to find an account if thats the case.
