Ordered about a month ago. Got a confirmation and an update about six days ago saying "Sorry for the delay. Both reports should be over tomorrow once the Tier2 links finish. I'm going to add some extra links from our EDU service tonight to make up for the late delivery."

Haven't heard anything since then. Tried to contact them again no response as of now. Seems like a few other people in this thread reported similar things. Hope they are back to normal delivery speed soon.
