Hi, sure. Our server was offline for about 3 days due to a screw up with HostWinds who couldn't tell their arse from their heads during the weekend. Since Friday through to about 6 hours ago I was unable to access the help desk to assist customers which is piss poor to be honest and the blame sits firmly at the door of the hosting company.

I will look into your ticket shortly although I need to work through a number of tickets as everyone has been waiting for 3+ days for help. This clearly doesn't reflect well on me or 'We Build Tools'.

Bear with me as I work through these tickets and rest assured that I will resolve your issue.
