How fast are you getting support at the moment? How fast do you want support? I checked the support desk just now and all tickets are answered. As I said earlier, posting on the thread to get support won't cause your ticket to be answered any faster and by the time I reply to your post here the tickets have usually been replied to.

Also, it is worth noting, BHW doesn't allow us to reply to posts too often as it causes our thread to keep getting bumped to the top of the section in the forum. This is also why we say not to post to the thread about support issues as we are restricted to how often we can reply to posts.

This is a sales thread where we can answer sales questions etc and the support desk is for support where we're not restricted to how quickly we can reply to tickets. Posting here for anything support related is, to be honest, pointless as we can't give support here or reply to your posts faster than what the support desk is replying to your ticket.

Hi, After checking the support desk I see that there are no unanswered tickets for the Mobile Ad Injector. How long did you wait between submitting the ticket and posting here that no one had answered your ticket?

It sounds like you have an older version of the plugin which needs updating. The old versions will no longer work and therefore won't activate when you enter the license key you have. What you need to do is download the latest version from the link that is given to you in your support ticket, deactivate and delete the old version of the plugin from your WP install. Then clear your cookies and cache before uploading the new version of the plugin.

Once you have done that the new version will activate with the license key you already have. If you require help beyond this then please update your support ticket as we can't provide support on this thread. Plus tickets are answered faster at the suppport desk than what we will reply to posts on this thread.
