I don't see any pending tickets regarding the mobile ad injector and the last ticket submitted 2 minutes before you posted here was replied to almost immediately.If you PM me your ticket number I can check it out just in case but as I said there are no pending tickets.

Oh, the message was in spam folder and before I could find it I have already posted another ticket DR9-7LV-P95E , so please delete it. I ll try what you have wrote me.

Please, honestly, posting the details of your support ticket on this thread is pointless and serves no purpose as I've said repeatedly on the thread. As you saw, the team are dealing with your ticket and they are responding to you ticket. The reason we have a support desk is to keep this thread tidy and light rather than getting bloated with posts that don't benefit anyone.

In fact you'd be best not to even post the ID of your support ticket here too.

I bought this and it broke the jQuery scripts on my site so nothing worked anymore - tried several templates and it still broke all scripts, opened up a support ticket and no response :-(

Just saying...

Hi,

There are currently no unanswered tickets at the support desk. I am not sure when you opened your support ticket but there was a ticket submitted on January 5th 2016 at 10.53pm about this issue but that ticket was replied to 8 minutes later.

The name of the person submitting the ticket was Nigel and by looking at your BHW user name I am guessing this ticket may have been submitted by you. It would help if you could let me know the ID of your ticket :)

Sounds like me. Just did a search of all my mailboxes and there's no email. Just did a "retrieve all tickets" from your support site and no email is arriving from there either :eek:

Were you able to access your original ticket that you submitted on Jan 5th? If not I can PM you with the ticket ID and then you'll need the email address you used when creating the ticket so the system can validate that you're the owner of the ticket.
