Hi, you mean the "docked ads" placement? If you're using it with AdSense then it will be down to AdSense not being able to display an appropriate ad. An issue like this is something caused from our end.

It seems to me that you are trying to put a related content ad widget inside a place designed for banner ads there is simply no way to do that. The plugin is designed to work with many ad networks but they still have to provide regular advertising options for it to do its job.

You're right, that's what I was trying to do. Sadly, it wasn't possible and OP/his team issued me a full refund promptly after we realized that.

Such a shame, because I'm sure if it had worked my CTR would have gone through the damn roof

Oh well...... btw, the code I was trying to use in the plugin works perfectly fine with another plugin called easy adsense - not sure why its not currently working with this plugin, but I told their support if they do create an update to fix it that I would def. be interested.

Easy adsense works in a very different way than the mobile ad injector. Our plugin places a layer above your content so that the ads can stay docked hence the issues with content widgets also the vast difference in the size of the content.ad container and the mobile banner space is playing a small role. I'll see what we can do in a feature update but I cant promise anything since I'm not even sure that it could be technically done
