Currently the plugin shows the docked and interstitial ads across your whole site and you can rotate up to 6 ads.We will include the specific page/post targeting in the next update which will be around mid april.

You can use pretty much every network with this plugin we had great results with OGmobi.com for example.

We are not selling the method.Its a bonus that comes with the plugin purcahse.Also why wouldt we hide it ? The mobile market is big enough to never get saturated so I dont see a reason to hide a good traffic source or money making strategy.

You can put adsense ads in the plugin we have done it without any issues for the past 4 months. However this plugin is not specificly made for adsense sites its designed to work with all networks and I would suggest to check the TOS for each one before you decide what ads to display.
