This still has not been resolved, the website ticket has not been answered either. The accounts are still dropping like flies. I am going to request a refund through Paypal. This has hurt my business and the accounts are being removed by Instagram as they are completely fake looking, no posts, randomized usernames, bio's that don't make sense, following 10k people with 5 followers etc..

Based on the accounts followers it looks like you have purchased from another seller, as the followers are at 20k plus, we can not account for drops from other sellers.
However any followers lost from our end will be refunded via paypal, please respond to the support ticket with the additional information requested.
