I disputed the payment after the stated delivery time passed and my two messages weren't returned. As told to you in the message I sent prior to posting here again the dispute has been closed since you did begin to deliver the order again. The link on the form for repins that was sent with the email confirmation from your site works for me, but you can provide a refund for that part of the service so neither of us has to worry about it.
