hi,
thank you for the order,
tier 2 information will never put on the report due to the large amount of records
and we never state tier 2 information will be included on the report in our sales
thread as it considered to be "additional" with no "additional cost" for customer
to have tier 2.
please confirm you are in agreement with this condition, otherwise we may need
to cancel your order just like the previous one couple of days ago simply because
tier 2 on report is not something mandatory for us and there's no way we can include
those couple of thousands records in a report.
