The domain TF/CF will always be lower than the full homepage url for whatever the reasons Majestic calculates it. The homepage url though has the metrics as advertised and that's the important part because the domains have mostly links to the homepage and a backlink from that page is what matters in link juice power.

Edit: Received the three domains in less than 24 hrs. All were exactly as described and clean of spammy link history. I'm not sure if it matters or not, but they were not recently expired/did not have recent archive org records, however, they did have some records I can use to recreate the sites.
