Depends or order size, should take less than 48-72 hours for anything less than 100 accounts.

Like scrapebox etc.

I ask because they are all (as far as I know) AWS proxies, and amazon is I think really strict with their servers.

As long as you are not doing anything illegal, we are OK with whatever you want to do with it. Scraping is perfectly OK.

Here's my honest review of this service:

Communication with the seller's team was very efficient and professional. They walked me through what they needed and how to deliver the information to them. I was grateful for that. I don't use proxies, just VPNs, so I asked questions. They answered them within a few hours each time.

But they failed with the TAT for delivery.

I wasn't really in a hurry because I am using this service for a project I'm running in my spare time. Also, they did over-deliver like a boss. I got way more leads than I ordered, so that makes up for the TAT.

So, all in all I can't really complain. It was actually very much worth the wait.

I will probably order from them again when I feel better.
