Yep, this is a very common occurrence (see image) for me when it comes to this VPS service. The owners are either being overwhelmed with work and don't want to hire the extra staff, or they sold the business to incompetent people.



When i bought vps i face same problem when i make ticket they fix this but my vps is few with 2GB ram and 80 GB space , so i hope he ill fix this

Had issues with 4 servers, support was less than fair. Same canned answer when disks constantly were running chkdsk. In a 24 hour period, 4 usable hours on 2 and 6 usable hours on the other. Maybe other than the 2GB KVM would work better. This was the only service I had with them.

I have had a very similar experience, they send a canned answer. I asked them to cancel all services and refund my money after only 24 hours of services. They just keep saying the same answer like a robot. Be aware.

At this point I am beyond pissed with CheapWindowsVPS. I was a loyal customer for almost a year when I went on vacation and thought my billing was set on auto-pay. Well it wasn't and my VPS was deleted. ( I understand this is mostly my fault)


I re-ordered from them and instead of being in a Chicago server stack I was placed in one from Buffalo. After a couple of arguments about where the server was actually located, (support kept telling me the server was in Chicago, when in fact it was in Buffalo) they finally admitted that the server was in NY. Their customer support while being fast, is WORTHLESS. The server they put me on has crashed continuously from day one. All requests for help and an explanation to the cause is answered with a worthless scripted response.

It's funny how the OP ignored every terrible review above and didn't even try to handle them. I was going to give this service a try, but thank god I scrolled down to read the reviews. Not trying to bash your sales thread OP, but if you want long-term business from BHW members, you should try to address all the issues people have.

I am a little disappointed with your service, because what? Because you never change. I was using your a year back, and stopped because of the random shutdown, and you can't access your vps even after i rebooted it via control panel. And after that i need to create a ticket to receive same canned answer.
A few days back, i was emailed about the 90% discount. Yeah, i thought that's a good deal and then i decided to buy it. But then the problem appear. It's still the same problem, the random shutdown. It's annoying because you need to write a ticket everytime the downtime appear. I thought you changed, but you don't.
For everyone who planned to buy vps here. I suggest you to stay away unless you want to experience the downtime at least once a week.

How fast are your servers on speedtest.net? I need it to be at least 700 mbps down/up and 10 ping or lower. Also needs to be cheap and located in the U.S.
