Do i really need that 50 posts to use your service? Im a bit of lurker, but I become more and more active here. To me, its really pain in the ass, bcause I dont want to spam "thanks" to get more posts(like the others). Sometimes its better to not write anything. I understand its dictated by purely safety reasons, but could You do some exceptions from time to time ? Anyways, I will understand your decision. It was worth to try.

Yes for reseller prices, if you dont meet the sign up requirements you can still buy but at full price.
