If the daily review sucks I assume the service is shit. Shouldnt a review copy show the quality of your service?
I think I waited more than 24 hours for the instant IG followers which is not acceptable.
How about you limit the review copies?
Maybe just one per 48 hours or max 3 review copies and +1 for every 10$ we spend on the panel, but deliver them with the same priority?

Because we have hundreds of orders per days we have to have a system that prioritizes paid orders. However our review copies do deliver IG orders in 3-5 hours, so if you've waited 24 there's something wrong there - I looked at your profile with us and the last review copy requested is on the 28th and that one was completed shortly thereafter. There isn't any incomplete review with us right now, can you please check your order history on the panel to confirm?

I dont order daily reviews for free stuff, I order them because I base my buying decision on them. I thought thats the point of giving away review copies.

The order went to "In progress" after a few minutes, but it took more than 24 hours until the first followers came in. However I am ordering another daily review now, lets see how this one goes.
