How is the quality of these YT Views? Do they break 301? Do they DROP? High Retention? Are these Good quality Views? I noticed it's very cheap compared to other views, so I wanted to know if this meets great standards too.

They break 301 and are HR. They do sometimes drop, but we over deliver to account for that. It's equal quality to other good quality HR services, we're just cheaper

This error is caused by Paypal. We called them about this as it has happened to a few customers and unfortunately it's caused by Paypal beefing up it's security filters which are a bit overactive now. They suggested that you try clearing cache or in a new browser as that can sometimes help the transaction get through.
