So I've tested the PennyPanel a little more thoroughly now.
Here is my review :
Unfortunately I can't give you a recommendation at the moment.
The Drip-Feed is currently broken. As soon as something with drip-feed is set it ends with "Partial" which also means it is not delivered at all.
Instagram Followers [15K] [REAL] : (Drip-Feed)
Unfortunately never really get a growth. The support said : It will be Refilled... but unfortunately nothing has happened yet.
I have 51 orders with "Instagram Followers [15K] [REAL]" all in "Partial" status.
Youtube Likes [10K] [1H - 10K/D] [R30]

Here I have to say it was partly delivered.
60 Have been ordered, about 20 of them have arrived.
Then the order was set to "Complete". A refill did not come so far.
Youtube DisLikes [500K] [1H - 20K/D] [R30]:
This was delivered completely. So far everything ok...
But 2 hours after the order was set to "Complete". All dislikes disappeared again. Really all of them! A refill has not been started yet.

This order has been executed. Also complete. Unfortunately about 100 followers disappeared after one day.
Instagram Comments [500K] [CUSTOM] :
11 comments have been ordered. Only 1 comment was delivered. After that the status was set to Complete. A refill has not been started yet.
Youtube Views [REAL] [SLOW] [Engagement] [R30]:
Now for something good. The YouTube Views were delivered complete and not all at once but over 3 days. That makes a good organic impression.

Was also only partially delivered. But this time there was a small refill. But I will watch the whole thing.
Conclusion :
With your current problems ThePennyPanel has. Sorry, I can't give you a recommendation.
They have a really wide assortment. What one must emphasize praiseworthy. But if everything works is the other question.

This is my preferred panel right now. Some services are wonky with the Instagram update, but the panel support is faster and far more honest than some of the other self-proclaimed "best" panels.
