I have bought the Alpha Package an here goes my review.
Communication 10/10
The communication is too good. I had a problem downloading the backup file and they fixed it quickly.
Content 8/10
Although the content is very good but it can slightly improve.
On Page SEO 10/10
on page seo is so good and it shows when i opened the respective pages, the title, meta desc, and so on. they all are in their places.
Design/Appearance 9/10
I like the design and the theme is the premium wordpress theme.

I will be buying some sites soon.
