Well, I have a question actually.. right now I'm leaving the software running 24/7 on my VPS, but the download speeds only checks it every few 30 seconds.. for example..

If I start running the software, it doesn't start scraping, then it goes up to 50mbps, then drops to 40, 30, 10, 1, 0.2, then 00.00mbps.. then starts randomly for a few seconds again.. it's not scraping constantly.. I'm using 10 private proxies which work perfectly.. I also tried without proxies and the same thing is happening.. any ideas?

Let's say it reaches 00.00, I stop the scrape (it doesn't finish stopping, takes like half an hour for it to stop) so I just close the software and then I start it again, and hit RESUME and it starts up again, only to drop down to 00.00mbps..

You should experiment with amount of threads and timeout. Things you describe tend to happen when software uses too many threads with not enough CPU available what causes it to "choke" with the amount of data it receives.

It's not the issue here honestly, I just restarted my VPS, 4GB of memory, quad core and it can run a few other softwares without a problem, right now I just tested with 10 threads.. with 10 private proxies, it ran for 10 seconds exactly randomizing between 3-0mbps and now it's heart beat went down to 0.. I'm going to download a fresh version and see if it makes any difference..

Which files do I need to transfer over so that I can just click resume on the fresh version? (I'm not talking about the files in the settings options, that I'll transfer without a problem)

You can try running the software without proxies and check if this solves a problem, this is the way I use the software myself or you can try tunnelling it with some external software like Proxifier. SEO List Builder has been built with main idea not to use any proxies so the proxy part might be a reason for that behaviour, but it also can be plenty of other factors like not responding domains, too long timeout or other settings. Currently it's not possible to be setup from within the software without external filtering, but feature like that might be implemented in future releases.
 
I would like to try this out at bhwdeal, I use scrapebox, but this seems like it does the trick.
