In this build an error related to found links counter has been resolved - thanks to @jigartank1225 - amount of links presented by the main counter has been greater than amount of links presented in output file - this error showed up when filters were enabled , in current version the problem does not exist the error has been fixed.
Some stats of what SEO List Builder 1.06 is capable of after couple hours of scraping on 20 mbit/s line with footprints the software comes out of the box after installation - targeted to 1 of the contextual engines supported by GSA Search Engine Ranker
All you have to do is to provide paths for specific files in file settings and hit the start button.
This is just to give you an idea of what you can achieve with even more fine tuning the footprints and providing your own seed lists.
This one is downloadable for every customer from seedlist server right now.
Engines chart after 3-4 hours of scraping, deleting duplicated domains and importing them to identify by SER:

Thanks for sending me a trial and after playing with it i found it whery usebale but have some questions:
1)I use VPN and i think this is the reason why i get many 404 error downloading site but i am not sure is it safe to use it on my ISP home ip adress.I have 40 mb/s but what they will see can i get in trouble if software do some shady things?
2)Settings are prety confusing i recommend to add some button where we can select default best option.I for example whant to scrape only Pligg sites and i have put in "word type fottprints" Pligg footprints in "url type search pattern file" i have put "story.php?title=story.php?" and in "navigation patterns file" i put /.I am not sure for seedlist should i put some pligg sites that i have or to put some url from GSA verified?

I'm glad you found it useful, according to your questions:
1) Yes, it's quite possible the 404 errors are related to IP ban of your VPN, give it a go without VPN manually through Firefox/Chrome or other web browser and take a look whether the site responds or not. This will clear the issue.
The software does not do any shady things, it only visits the webpages, of course you can use VPN or proxies if you want.
2) Saving settings as a project is on the todo list, so it will be possible to load the specific footprints for specific engines by loading single file, just like you mentioned in next release.
According to seedlist - the more outgoing links the seedlist has, the more potential resources the software can find so yes, definitely using verified lists from GSA, especially those already frequently posted with high OBL like guestbooks, gives the software a good starting point for work. It's also adviseable to check if the list consists of working urls as this might slow down the work of the software if the urls are not responding.

But what I need is not long haul capability, I need dozens and dozens of smaller target lists, So I'm only running it in short burts, so I have not had any problems crashing or freezing up yet. It's almost like I'm going after a few big trees in small trucks instead of tons of small trees in one big truck.

That's great, right now when the software has been upgraded to 64 bit it does not crash at all, it can be run as long as it runs out of RAM.
Your strategy is good,I've been using the software this way from the beggining, if you haven't already tried the Automatic seedlist processing feature, you will find it very useful as this is exactly what will come handy when working with small but juicy high OBL lists.
All you have to do is prepare a standalone batch script that copies your small lists to the specified folder and SLB will take care to crawl all of them one by one and update the list of files to crawl while switching to next levels. It's recommended to use 2-3 levels when building linklists using this strategy.
