Up to 5 URLs/keywords. But do take in mind, if you try to rationalise your package by submitting many URLs, you are ultimately reducing the power so you aren't going to get as great results.

How many keywords do you recommend for 100 links for best results?

From experience, anything up to 5 works best but 2-3 would be ideal.
