We don't create gmails nowadays

But I guess you can use any accounts with POP3 for your needs, like hotmails

In most cases we generate usernames using the following template:
<first><last>@domain.com
So usernames look like real people names

If you mean yahoo - they stay alive for a long-long time if your activity is not under suspect

I was referring to the Y's since you don't create the YT ones. Do you create these accounts on demand or do you already have a batch? Also, what geolocation are the accounts created from?

It depends on amount you need. Usually I have about 20k
All the accounts are US ones (yahoo.com), UK - yahoo.co.uk, FR - yahoo.fr
