Verified ones are preferable for that but we have some success in mailing from non-verified ones

The best way for that is to use them from IPs from the same country they were created

Real PVA gmails sell very small number of people because their price is about $2 per 1 account. Especially for US ones

Do you know anyone who is going to pay so much for email accounts?

Usually if you use accounts from 1 country with IP from another country - you'll get your accounts SMS locked right after you try to send 1st email. In mosts cases you are able to send emails until you logout. Sometimes you can be logged out by force
And the most important - nobody can guarantee that your emails will be delivered at all
