We still have accounts which were created in January but a lot of them died recently after some google's updates. That's why it's better to use accounts ASAP. Don't let them sit for more than several days

If you are NOT going to send emails from them - not verified are good for you. If you are going to send emails - buying not verified hotmails brings you some hardcore related to verification. You can't send emails if hotmails are not verified. That's all
