Not really, I've noticed rankings to be quite stable as I normally track customer's keywords for more than a month. I can't comment on the last question since I haven't tracked that.

I did see some serp movements, but I think it's a bit misleading what the salespage promises. First of all my order was for 10 links, the DA and PA were as promised 20+ although 1 of the domains having PA 1, the average PA was 31 and the average DA 28. When it comes to tf and cf however, most of the trust was only for domain but not for the homepage where the link is at. Average TF for domains was 16, but the average tf for the linking homepages themselves was 3.8, mainly due to 7 of them having n/a according to my majestic extension. Therefore I'm not too sure the trust does a whole lot here, which was what piqued my interest to order in the first place.
