I contacted OP and he issued me another account stating that the issue was probably location related. The second account did the same thing, worked for a little then got disabled again. I have 1 other bing account that works perfect with no issues so I am not sure if this is my issue or an issue with this service.

Will try to make one with a proxy? Idk we will see
