I asked your assistant Julia about the same - show my emails to you! I asked her couple of times to call you in our small talk and let YOU answer my emails, and she keep saying that you are using that email too - means you are NOT reading those emails OR Julia and you - same person and you just playing the game! One and a half months i'm trying to get what i paid for!!! I didnt ask to speed up my order, it was your promise to deliver it in 3-4 days! i'm celebrating 40+ days of waiting now! wooohoooo! so if you have access to all emails, per Julia's claim - go ahead and answer me via email, i didn't want to start this conversation here and I've been waiting for about a month! but now i feel like I have to share my experience with you! btw, last couple emails i switch to russian language with Julia, so would be easy for you to identify me.

Unfortunately the Plugin can't be used with 32 bit system. /minimum-system-requirements-for-the-hosting/
The problem is not with a WP plugin but with AliExpress API that is not compatible with 32 bit platforms.

can you put your money where your mouth is? can you show me where it says that AliExpress API is not compatible with 32 bit platforms? that link above is your personal preferences: "Recommended system requirements for the hosting" - so recommended or required? cURL is required - no questions about it! but "hosting with 64 bit system" more like recommended maybe?

All I can see about Ali's API is this:

Customizable - You can use the API to build apps which meet your unique needs.
Efficient - The API can multi-task, handle batch processing and manage large amounts of data.
Open - Using standard Web SOAP protocol, the API can accept any mainstream programming language.

not a single word about 32/64 bit platform. But to make sure I just sent my question to alibaba support team, i hope they know everything about their API and requirements.

and one more thing - not sure if you know that I've ordered 2 custom websites and both of them on the same server, even sitting on the same IP! and since you have no idea what's going on with your business, i can tell you that someone on your end customized one of the sites i ordered and it works, i see 380+ products imported, using AL1 theme... I even tried to import myself - it worked, not 100% of items i selected are imported, sometimes I get just 1 out of 20 selected, another run gets me 14 out of 20... but it's ok, this is not your plugin problem i guess. So how come that its up and running on 32 bit platform and you haven't touch the second one, complaining about wrong platform? by "you" i mean your assistants, who totally ignored me and my emails, no answers at all for last 7 days! Great support! Love it...

I'm not that smart of course, but after developing the plugin, working with AliExpress API, using different hosting companies and creating hundreds of websites, I can tell you once again - My Plugin Does not Work with 32 bit Platforms.

I get data from AliExpress API in JSON format and then parse the data using the standard methods. The productID is processed by intval function before sending it to database.



And now the difference between 32 and 64 bit systems:

In 32 bit system the number 99999999999999999 = 2147483647 (it is max. number we can get with 32 bit system)

In 62 bit system the number 99999999999999999 = 99999999999999999 (max. number in 64 bit system is 9223372036854775807)

Now look at this product link: http://ru.aliexpress.com/item/Unive...tor-Parking-Night-Vision-Car/32270295639.html

The ID of this product is 32270295639

32270295639 is bigger than 2147483647 (it is max. number we can get with 32 bit system).

It means that it will be converted into 2147483647 but not in 32270295639.

That's why we need 64 bit system only to get the right Product ID to be able to complete import from AliExpress.

I thought I would post my experience so far.

Since I've had the plugin I have installed with 5 sites and had okay success considering it has been 3 weeks - of which two weeks I screwed up my Site Map for Google to crawl and have spent fixing the sites up with changing CSS a little, customising colour schemes, fixing categories, etc. Since I fixed my site maps I am passively getting a purchase about once every two days although they are small purchases which I think is quite good considering it has only been going for a week really!

Right now 2 sites are sunglasses set up similarly to an earlier poster's veithdia site (couldn't help seeing if we could get success from there!), 2 sites are technology items - one with around 6.5k items, another with 80 specifically chosen items that are categorised properly and finally one site is still being setup concentrating on survival weaponry (think knives, leatherman pliers, etc). The sunglasses ones have only been going for a week and we are also using social media to ramp it up (twitter mostly, but we'll upload videos too since google loves them). I'll check back in a few weeks and report how it has gone

P.S. I setup the sites myself. I am not a server engineer, but I know enough about server config to work it out - it's not hard. All five sites are currently running on an nginx server on the AWS free tier. If I add many more items though I think I will increase the server size one larger, but right now traffic is low so it is OK.

wrong! it does work on 32 bit platform! it's buggy, but works...

That's why we need 64 bit system only to get the right Product ID to be able to complete import from AliExpress.

I even moved couple of my sites to a new CENTOS 7.1 64 bit, sent email to your assistant and not even single word for 4 days!!! sick of your so called support!.. here is my email for refund -> [bbiggy at gmail]

I've purchased both the regular and developer license and have built a few sites over the past 2 weeks. I have a couple of requests I would be very grateful if you would consider:

1: Allowing us to change the "from Aliexpress" text under the order now button. To be able to change this under site customization along with the other text would be awesome. I've been manually doing by editing the php files but from what I understand, when the plugin gets updated, this will get reset.

2: Adding an option to spin the description of the products as they are imported. To be able to enter my wordai API in to a setting and have the plugin spin the products description would be of great help!

in six monds time. had 6 seals my commision 3 dollar,

i was thinking maby my nice whas not soo good soo i have deleted my site
end start over from scrats,

but after the update of plugin i have a inport problem only 2% succes
can i have some help please

A friend of mine just creates a store with 20.000 products (simply copy the product description on ebay). And last December, he has just earned over $800 with it.

1. This option is already av available in customization menu.

2. I have already used a spin module with this plugin but got many problems with it because of hosting providers which start suspend sites when detect such option. So, I decided to remove it.

I don't know what other products you consider, but I suppose you mean a guy who stole AliPlugin and created a poor copy of it without any updates, imortant features and any support.
