Nowhere to page 2 - 4 for medium/medium++ keywords

I have order this service with 7 link on 3 URL with generic anchor text (yes I'm paranoid about anchor)
As agreed the sites have links from CNN HUFFINGSTON POST, etc

Keywords that do not move too much are very difficult, they are an LSI of keywords MS USA = 380 K, it does not move since longtime and yet I did hard SEO, it may be a google sandbox 2

The peak of descent is due to my stupidity, because after that the links is was I actually change the entire contents of the page ... but nowhere to page 2-4 with medium keywords on new site with only 6 page is good

Excellent service, I order again for another site (and this time I dont change the content...)
