Bought single site version a while back works great, was looking to buy it for my other sites now and i see that zerobounce v2 costs much less, why's that?

Both products are ours - cheaper has less features and force you to upgrade to more expensive that has the same feature like one advertised here.
Just read more carefully both sales pages and compare features.
 
im interested in zero bounce but can't differentiate between the two websites in terms of what each offers. Can you give me a breakdown of what extra features yours has over the other one. Is your version the upselling one? Having an actual video showing off the software in action between the 2 versions can help people understand what you have in features over the other version. Just saying, creates for a confusing experience for those interested in buying the plugin.

One site promotes highest package of unlimited websites with the plugin at $27 (originally $47) while your highest package promotes 300 websites for $149.

One site shows general info of plugin without diving into specific features while the other describes the plugin options and its features in a changelog.
 
Just read both sales pages and take what you prefer. Go with cheaper and then take upgrade to get the same as this one advertised here. Or just order directly here - on the end it is the same - just sales process is different.

Been waiting for a refund from you as the plugin didnt work on my website. I have updated the ticket over a week ago but not had a reply since requesting the refund. Can you look into this please.

question, might sound stupid, but with this plugin, google will show 0 bounce rate? when i check my stats? thanks waiting for reply
 
So if someone visited my site and put back button , it will lock the screen with my desired site link. ?

It will not be 0 but it will be lowered a lot.
